Where is my order?
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, however during sale time please allow extra days. If you would like a status update on the delivery of your order, you can check its progress by using the tracking number you will find in your shipping confirmation emial. It could take 1-2 business days to update the status depending on the freight companies.
When will I receive my refund?
You will be notified by email when your return has been processed. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
What does it mean if an item is marked Final Sale?
All items that are marked final sale have been marked down in price and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, or exchanged for a different size, color or style. We understand purchasing Final Sale Items can be difficult, so please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions.
How should I choose the best size for little girl?
You can reference our size guide here. Also, you can check our size spec in each style page with total length, shoulder to shoulder, chest circumference, armhole etc. For additional size information on a style, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with little girl's height, weight, waist, hip measurements so we can assist you as efficiently as possible.
How can I pay with gift card or voucher or discount code?
To pay for your order (in part or in full) with a voucher or gift card, simply insert the code in the "Discount Code" or "Gift Card" field in your cart.
