SHIPPING POLICY

South Korea

You can shop at www.imoimokids.kr for Korean customers and we ship express to anywhere in South Korea. Shipping is by the express parcel service only.

Rest of the World

We ship Worldwide by air freight for a flat fee of $25-$30 per total order, and free international shipping over $200. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days to most parts of the World. It could take more times due to COVIDE-19 and might be different depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

If any costoms and/or duty charges apply in your country, you will be responsible for paying these.

On rare occasions we may request extra postage for international remote areas after payment is made. If you have any questions about delivery (or anything else) feel free to contact us info@imoimokids.com

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept refunds and exchanges on all FULL-PRICED purchases when a Return Authorization(RA) number is granted and the product is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

* Returns or Exchanges is not acceptable on sale items including use of a discount code.

Product must be returned in a salable condition i.e. clean, tags attached, in original packaging. Any products that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.

Return Process

Please follow the below steps to return a purchase:

1. Read the 'imoimo kids' Return Policy to ensure your retrun is eligible.

2. Contact our Customer Support Team (via info@imoimokids.com) to request a Returns Authorization number and our return address.

3. Write your Return Authorization number on your invoice (received with your order) and return the item to us.

We kindly recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and we do not accept liability for lost returns. Your return will be assessed and, if passed, will be reversed onto your original form of payment.

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payment i,e. Paypal account or credit card used. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges.

Late Returns

Your purchase should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period may not be accepted.

Sale Items

'imoimo kids' will not accept exchanges or refunds on any sale items and purchases using a discount code. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.

Cancellation

If you have changed your mid and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support Team (via info@imoimokids.com) as soon as possible. Please note that orders which have already benn shipped cannot be cancelled.

Faulty Items

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty product. Please contact our Customer Support Team (via info@imoimokids.com) to notify us of any issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

Colors

'imoimo kids' has made every effort to correctly display the colors of our products on our webstie. However, due to the fact that we use flash photography, as well as the inevitable variances between computer and mobile screens, we cannot guarantee that your device will display a color which is completely accurate.
